At Bliss Body Studio, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Because I am a solo provider, last-minute changes and missed appointments greatly impact both my schedule and other clients waiting for availability. Thank you for respecting the following policies and helping me maintain a calm, professional environment for all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a charge up to the full cost of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged for the missed appointment and may result in refusal of future bookings. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Arrival Policy
Please do not arrive early to your appointment. Bliss Body Studio operates by appointment only, and I work with one client at a time to ensure privacy, comfort, and a personalized experience for every guest. Arriving at your scheduled appointment time is greatly appreciated.

Children & Guests Policy
To maintain a relaxing, safe, and professional environment, children are not permitted at appointments under any circumstances. Additionally, guests are not permitted to attend appointments unless you are a postoperative client requiring assistance. Postoperative clients are welcome to bring one support guest only.

Clients arriving with children will unfortunately need to be turned away from their appointment, charged a $55 cancellation fee, and the scheduled service will be forfeited. Guests accompanying non-postoperative appointments will be asked to wait outside the studio or in the vehicle during the appointment.

Bliss Body Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and cooperation.
